Sweet Pea and I were ready to get out of the sun, but Grandma Trudy realized she had a couple of hours before the ship sailed so she wanted to shop for a bit. I took Sweet Pea back onboard while Ross took Trudy around shopping.
Sweet Pea and I got cleaned up from our beach day in record time so I could make it to tribond trivia. I dropped her off at the kids club and joined a team that was already waiting to play.
I had joined a great team. Everyone seemed to be able to think up answers that the other players didn't know so we only missed one question (Name three things Amy Winehouse, Jimmy Hendrix and Jim Morrison have in common). We won this round.
The trivia team I had been playing with walked in so I joined them for the next round. After a couple of questions, Grandma Trudy and Ross came over to join us. Since each team is only allowed six players, our team had to split into two groups.
We really wore out Grandma Trudy today. She was so tired from the beach day and shopping that she fell asleep right while we were still playing.
We didn't win this round. (What musical contained the song "You'll Never Walk Alone"? Carousel.)
After trivia we walked around the ship for a bit. Celebrity / Park West is still selling really bad art for really bad prices.
Grandma Trudy wanted to know if we had a specialty restaurant booked for the evening since she just doesn't like Luminae very much. We said that we didn't book a specialty restaurant tonight but that she could order off the main dining room. We told her that she could go to Micheal's Club and take a look at all the menus.
She didn't want to actually do inside Micheal's club because then she couldn't hear the piano music inside so I went in and brought some menus back outside for her. She decided that she wanted the French onion soup, baked chicken and a creme brûlée for dinner.
