Sea Day 2 - Morning

We slept in a bit today and missed both our normal breakfast and trivia.

Grandma Trudy slept even later but the rest of us had time for mid-morning tea at Cafe Al Bacio.

Then it was time for Sweet Pea's boat building contest. The kids in the Fun Factory had to go around the shop to collect disposable items like cups, cabs, plastic bags and straws. Then they each built a boat out of their findings. Finally they paraded down to the pool deck to twat their creations.

Sweet Pea put her boat in the water to test it and it floated!

Yay! She won a little backpack full of prizes.

Since we were in the penthouse, we were invited to take a tour of the bridge and a luncheon with a small group of other guests.

This is a glass window that looks straight down from the bridge. It was disorienting but they said irbid used when docking.

A view from the bridge.
